Organon is pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands, founded in 1913 by Dr. Saal Zvanenbergom baths.
Organon has gone through several stages of development. Today it is part of the corporation Sherinng-Plough, leading activities in several therapeutic areas: contraception, psychiatry, reproductive medicine, anesthesia, and hormone replacement therapy. Production facilities are located in the Organon German territories, Ireland, the USA, China, Japan, the UK and the Netherlands.
