Esterified testosterones like cypionate or enanthate have obviously all the androgenic and anabolic effects of naturally produced testosterone, but come with an ester attached to them which makes the compound’s half-life in the bloodstream much longer. In fact, it is slightly longer with cypionate that with enanthate, as testosterone cypionate has an eight-carbon ester attached comparing to seven-carbon ester in enanthate. So if you are looking for slightly longer action, you may prefer cypionate. If you look for better value for money, enanthate is preferable as it contains more testosterone and less attached esters.
Testosterone cypionate readily converts to a more androgenic form, dihydrotestosterone (DHT). The rest mostly aromatizes to estradiol. DHT is a very strong androgen and causes rapid increase in strength. Estradiol is in fact also anabolic, but obviously causes many unwanted side-effects and most bodybuilders are using anti-estrogens along with testosterone. As for stacking, testosterone cypionate has many potential partners but can be also used on its own – you will experience fast and profound muscle growth accompanied with some unwanted side-effects.
